The thing which I like most in IndiaMART intermesh is providing weekly salary, the response to the customer.

The thing which I did not like is that the employee can't change the department before 9 months.

Upper management do nothing they just maintain data and will share with the team by telling them that you defaulter in this, and rest of the time they just sit, watch Instagram or eating chips. Leave policy is also not good, they will give you a comp off for working on Saturdays but never gave you leave to apply these comp off, even if you are sick or there is any family emergency. you can't use your leave balance. First they ask to take planned leave and when someone asks for the leave they just deny for that. HR takes the feedback then they don't do anything about the issues and concern a employee is facing. that's why manager's have the guts to say "jao complaint krdo meri, mai, tm mujhe mt sikhao bt krne ka tareeka" and all. HR are also useless in this company. Coming to working culture, it is also not good. They don't know how to talk professionally, if your work is not completed they just start yelling on the floor so that entire floor can see how much manners they have. Whenever you say against to them they say " kal btata hu tmhe" and always pull you chair. They just want quantity work, but not the quality work. And if your work is not completed before six then they ask you stay till 8, even if you are girl, they don't give a shit whether you will get a cab in this late or not. They don't fire employees, they just torture you to the level that employee itself will leave the job. Everyday you will getting a mental pressure. i want to write more but it is waste of time as they will never treat their employee as a valuable asset.

...uff you about work culture and job discription but reality is totally different. I must say salary of indiamart is really appealing as per the industry standard

They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how your manager likes you. In terms of skill development there is nothing you will learn this job will help you learn to fool people out there. Company culture of noida office is really good but culture of my branch office was worst there is alot of pressure every employee is looking for a better opportunity. If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary

No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days
