Salary, promotion, working hours, 24*7 on call with your APIs, meeting at any time of the day, old work frame (still need to work on php), no goodies on festival or even joining the company, poor health insurance, no compensation or acknowledgement for working beyond working hours and the list could go on and on ......

Work culture. Remote policy as of day of writing this. No work load. Good learning.

Dislikes

Salary is more like service based and less like product based company. Provide bare minimum things like only mediclaim is included as other benefits and that too is of only 2 lacs.

The company has great peers as well as the fixed time job

Benifits are low as per the corporate and they should increase the compensation if they are not providing any benifits. They didn’t even provide the laptop to freshers.

No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days
