Salary is always on time, they provide salary 4 times in a month and every time salary credited in time.

Everything depends on your manager. If he is good nd supportive, everything is good. If he is not, nothing good.

Everything they said before the joining they are lier....worst work culture...you have to meet daily target for your attendance otherwise your salary will be deducted

Guys for field sales before joining please note down that in 1st week proper training in 2nd week they give you buddy and u have to go for sales cal with him/her from 3rd week u have to day daily 4 sales meeting in a day otherwise u will your on that day salary mns LOP, even i u sales in 1st 3 meeting and u ddnt do 4th meeting then also LOP which is too much🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️they will say that u hv to travel 15 to 20km but in real its 50 to 60km and sometimes 70km above. 9:15am is reporting times and u have to call clients whatever they provide leads thru software and try to book 4 meeting if not then any how u have to leave office at 12:30pm and not to come before 5:30pm unless u dnt complete proper 4 sales meeting. U knw when people got to knw then they left agr LOP lgti gai then they issue warling letter and then fired. If u think that u can do daily 4 sales meeting then join otherwise not And for inside sales from 3rd week of joining your talking should be minimum 60min + 1 daily video cal meeting otherwise LOP.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
