Worst working environment , every employee is searching for new job here and there is no branch manager ,no RM , neither thery are hiring ,and main thing INDIAMART didn't want to change their product,they are working with same product from last 28 years

Job is secure only when you are performing .. Proper training is given to new joiners .

Lots of politics and management does not address the issues of the employees. Salary is decent but growth is slow . No work life balance . High pressure . Lot has changed in past 3 years and now I feel it's not a employee friendly organization .

...y after every 5 day they give you wrong fatal, even do not accept their mistake. and if you say fatal , fatal can impact your score and salary very badly.

Pay out procedure is very good. They are on the grounds of weekly payout now

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No amount of on the job training is given to new joinees..Career growth is very slow. Offending and unsupportive managers
