Every nine months cycle for appraisal on bases of your performace. No corporate politics here, Managers always motivate you for achieving your targets. You get the opportunity to meet new people and learn lots of new things about business they doing. I have learn lots of new things about market and business which I never know before IndiaMart.

...t tele calling to fix three meeting.. Client are fustrreted to call in morning When you do 3 meeting then you get that day salary.. Client are fustrreted with Indiamart In Indiamart 22yrs ,three employee get Blood pressure disease Due to high work pressure If anyone have thing to join Indiamart intermesh Pvt Ltd.. Do not go for it .

Salary problems bcz of off roll job . Salary Fully depends on the Owner of channel partner. And it's very hard to except that after giving a effort fully in a month ..u not getting ur number.
