All the things is excellent i.e workstation, employs, Managers, HOD, Directory

Dislikes

...lent but company hire IT person through AMC (Rajesh Chipshet) which is not good. He do not gave salary through cheque or online method. He gave salary as cash in hand and hire employ in minimum wages and he also not gave any PF or ESIC to his employ, This is the reason that i had resigned in Indiamart

Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.

Weekly Salary, Getting Travel allowance ¬hing else

Dislikes

1. Too much Travelling 2. 4 meetings Daily 3. Too much work load 4. Unrealistic Targets (3-5 Lacs per Month) 5. Complaint Resolution and closing of Tickets as we don't have CC (Customer care). 6. Slow Growth. 7. It Doesn't gets you skills and Knowledge and it's for those who are good at buttering and good at making things in the air.

Having only one issue very dirty office politics on management level everything is just awesome

If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary

Nothing it's have poisoning work culture.salary on time but staff behaviour so pathatic no development in skills only time wasting organization

Pathatic behaviour. Mr Nitin Jaswal so pathatic manager don't go on that team. No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days
