There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which You cannot resign. On the job trainig is not given to new joinees.

Working cultural and work-life balance is the top priority for me. I get the same as expected.

Growth and Compensation for it looks not that great. When it comes to corporate we cannot compare with others' salaries but in the meantime, employers will compare the work that we do with other team players.

I'm working here at last 1year 7 months yet my salary not got increased and also my boss says to me work 12-13 hrs everyday now i would like to become onroll sataff in Flipkart

No job security ,problem is with senior management but still medium and junior level employees are being targeted for non performance of any vertical. Senior management are not trust worthy specially in Flipkart grocery vertical if you get job do not join you will spoil your career as there is no learning only office politics.
