HR Policy, Disoriented Management, 3rd Party Payroll layoff. They treat 3rd party in-source employee as labour and discriminate in salary and job security. There is no job security they fired 3rd party employee like anything. HR are careless about there employee concern. Worst experience

Weekly Salary, Getting Travel allowance ¬hing else

1. Too much Travelling 2. 4 meetings Daily 3. Too much work load 4. Unrealistic Targets (3-5 Lacs per Month) 5. Complaint Resolution and closing of Tickets as we don't have CC (Customer care). 6. Slow Growth. 7. It Doesn't gets you skills and Knowledge and it's for those who are good at buttering and good at making things in the air.

If you joining in less salary as per company privious policy if company doing changes in salary structure so will always be in less salary

No skill development only work pressure beyond pressure cooker No job security any time they will fire. 0 promotion Rude behaviour of every one so if want join this company after resignation you will become BP patient in few days

On time salary, good incentive plans, 5 days working policy helpful in maintaining work life balance.

Dislikes

Favouritism by management, things on the floor are different then told during hiring and training due to bad people in management. Few managers are not capable enough to lead a team bcause of lack of skills.
