Salary was given every week which was great

Saturday was given working sometimes because of public holidays. Actually work was mon to fri but sat was also done most of time which I didn't like Staff suggestion was neglected sometimes

Cons-- Non IT Company Nothing much to learn after 3-4 yrs No Training for new Technologies HR has not much power No onsite opportunity

...uff you about work culture and job discription but reality is totally different. I must say salary of indiamart is really appealing as per the industry standard

They have a worst work life balance they will call you 9 at morning and and will leave you 8 at night you will not get any time for your own life all 6 day working its exhausting when your manager call you back to your office location at evening for reporting to him. Your promotion totally depends upon your performance and how your manager likes you. In terms of skill development there is nothing you will learn this job will help you learn to fool people out there. Company culture of noida office is really good but culture of my branch office was worst there is alot of pressure every employee is looking for a better opportunity. They even stopped my incentive of 20,000. I was in daryaganj branch CSD my employee ID- 115024 Digvijay Singh Chauhan

Supportive seniors especially ZM- Tarun bansal who always motivates and supports the team , stands always for the team. He understands the concerns and helps to resolve our problem, but our BM - Samrat does partiality in the branch. Transfers sale and presents wrong image to seniors
