...nd the management is very bad. there is politics. Company policies are not good.appraisals are not fair and they does not give u a good salary as u expected.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issi. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow.there is bond of 2 years before which u cannot resign. But after 2 months of joining they will directly fire u from company. They are not supporting. If u do any mistakes they directly deactivated your id. Fake promises. Very rude with employees. So much attitude and ego they have, horrible experience of my life in this company i will never recommended to anyone to work with this company.

I have this company. They make freelancer fool. They don't pay salary to us . No fixed salary, No experience certificate, no offer letter. Only Pressure, huge target, thread of id deletion.

... deserve. In the name of Freelancer they give us target, pressure and work load. But they don't pay us our salary appropriately. Recommended not to join This company. They don't provide you offer letter, Experience letter, welcome kit, nothing. They make us fool.

no growth or salary increase or per call rate increase and will deduct the call rate which is already less when they find mistakes in the call and they also catch small and silly mistakes which not impact on business and there is no growth in the position will be there where you have joined

Everything else is bad. If you are not hindi speaker please don't got to this job u will be cornered. I joined as category associate out of 80/something 10 do not know hindi. Per week there will be 2/3 meetings for 2 to 3 hrs. There will be doubt clarification meetings, discussions, and learn new modules meetings. All meetings will conducted in hindi they don't care even 1% about non hindi speakers. But comedy is u must attend the meeting. Even when u message pls speak in english also/pls tell what is happening they won't. You will ask for 1 month after that u will get tired and none will ask. But u have to done the job with quality. There is politics even in freelancing job. They cornered u to the level to terminate from job. Only Hindi known are respected there

Depending on the team, there is a chance for learning new technologies and skill development. Being a company of 25+ year, the company is pretty stable and job is bit more secure than many other companies.

Dislikes

In some teams work life balance is non existent. Low salary, low increments and no perks. Another thing i dislike is that there is almost no recognition of tech. people. Especially if you are not of lead or manager level.
