Worst working environment , every employee is searching for new job here and there is no branch manager ,no RM , neither thery are hiring ,and main thing INDIAMART didn't want to change their product,they are working with same product from last 28 years
In my team especially app team my tech lead was worst person, to impress his superiors he use to show them how much work he is doing, but fact is he is forcing his tasks to junior engineers, i had once argued with him, the reason i left IM, some people are good, but to much politics, Some Product Managers who have been working since 3-4 years don't know even 2% about there product, they just say developers to do its own , your hardwork will never get rewarded, if you join IM go for msite or backend team, because teams other than all PMs, Tech leads, AVPs there is many politics, when you resign your skip manager will make you feel guilty then why you resigned
...reshers as they can learn many things. No work pressure. Good work life balance. Salary on time. Job security as they haven't fired anyone till now.
As I mentioned the company is only good for entry level engineer but not for experienced engineers.
freshers have to learn everything on their own. No proper training.
Salary for experienced engineers is not upto industry level.
The work culture in the company is very good. Company provides good growth & learning opportunities. There is one HR policy where employees who are hired from campus gets an extra hike of 10% on their work anniversaries. Other than that, the work-life balance is also good. I had very good bonding with my manager and my teammates and they all were very supportive throughout my entire journey.

Job security (they didn't fired anyone during covid despite company being in loss).
Recognition to outstanding performers.
No hidden deductions from CTC.
Medical Insurance to self and family.
Very supportive team members.
No spoon feeding, you learn and grow by yourself.
Very good appraisal cycle.
Some teams work on outdated tech stack.
Lack of senior engineers who can help freshers in KT.
Impressive CTC for new joiners but not for existing employees. In fact, existing experienced folks are paid much less than freshers.
No goodies/incentives/laptop to employees.
Work life balance varies from team to team but most developers complain about too much work load.
Illogical cut off (85+% in 10th & 12th) bar for freshers due to which many excellent and outstanding developers miss out.
Attrition rate (number of employees leaving the company) has become too high post covid.
The more you work, the more work you'll get.
