- Bro, If want to mark present for the, have to do individual 30 min actual talk time, after doing all Manager KPI, which terribly impossible. If you dare to take this join happily. - Full Favouritism at all level till VP & National Head. - Surprisingly PIP and saperation designed over difficult task, which impossible to meet. - If you fall down, you will be screwed by hell. - If you speak about leakages and suggest that, this wrong..boss u will be targeted.

There you are not in payroll of indiamart that i dislike. you only payrolls of some agency which may they do salary delay and problem.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.. Company Policies are good , Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike at every year ...

Incentives were good at my times but now that also reduced . Salary and incentives come on time 😃. Market acceptance and dominance is there when it comes dealing with customers.

Work culture is pathetic when it comes to professionalism. You cannot take leaves for your 1-2 days irrespective of how much important work you have. You cannot focus on your family and your personal development while working. Work pressure is huge and huge and targets are something which you will never achieve in your life.
