I am a Mechanical Engineer I worked at Kawasaki Indore as a service advisor, I left my job within three months as the worst politics was being played against me by manager, assistant showroom manager, technician and remaining staff, they blame me for everything that goes wrong there in which my inclusion was next to impossible, nof its been whole a month after leaving the job but they are not giving me my remaining salary. This was my first job and I had the worst experience of my life, I'll never recommend to join kawasaki motors especially kawasaki Indore, they will torture you upto that level that you start to think about commiting suicide. Trust me worst mannerless no ethics no humanity is present in the people who work there at kawasaki Indore, worst experience. They give you salary of 30 days after wprking for 48 days💔 kawasaki motors India, a big shame on you

No Support From Indian mangers regarding any technical work, and all blame to employee normal small scale employee have better salary then Kawasaki managers All the decision are controlled by Japanese member, no any Indian have any authority to take any decision I Humbly request you to don't join this company. please don't waste you time, there is nothing to learn please Join Small scale MIDC company for skill learning

...aki is a good company but still if you compare to OEM like Tata motors, Honda .. company is not at level in terms of salary and benefits.

Japanese attitude is not good as they are like " I am the king" and they didn't take feedback from Indian employee and also all top management are japanese.

...less & nonsense Indian top management.They are there because no one hiring them. Engineer level peoples on Managerial positions with salary of engineers 😁 No increment. No technical growth. No work.. No future plans. It's totally wastege of time.
