All Japanese Treat Indian Employee as a slave, Some Of the Japanese Member Discriminate Indian culture on regular basis Increment is lower then the average labor in the village, Joining time they don't provide KRI to employee after Joining Huge work Pressure on employee No time for Personal Life Indian Mangers are Don't have technical knowledge, Just they blindly slave to Japanese they don't Focus on employee engagements nothing for employee motivations.
