Nothing is good about Incture. No Brand name. Stagnant growth. They are trying to push for IPO. That also not happening.

Directors are headless chickens and they are running the company. They hire people then when can't give them salary , just fire them. No job security. Stupid managers. Huge work load. No work-life balance. Stupid expectations. Bad work culture.

The in hand salary is very low they give 34k in hand for 6LPA which is honestly a joke. We are expected to work on weekends as well, absolutely no work life balance. It is mandatory to be in office for 9 hours everyday even if your work is done. Doing good work here is rewarded with just more work. They won’t give variable pay on time and decrease it every year. Even hike is not given on time and when given it’s worth nothing. If you have an offer from here please do not join. No matter how desperate you are it is not worth it I promise.

...very disrespectful manner. the work culture is extremely toxic and demotivating. they would deduct your variable pay payouts randomly even when you give your 100%. no one wants to work for a company that can't appreciate efforts. Hr policies are a complete joke. they change every day, nothing is fixed. they will provide mailers that say 4 WFH days are provided but one day out of nowhere they will declare that employees have 0 WFH days. there's clear disparity of benefits between branches. very inconsistent company. If these things are happening with the CEO's knowledge, he's not fit to run a company. if he's unaware, that's equally concerning. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

worst place to work no proper hikes no variable pay no good projects nothing is right here full politics they trap freshers showing high salaries and there is nothing to learn and earn bad people. Managers have bad eyes on female employees not at all safe for women please stay away from this scam company.

There is nothing as such to like. They will treat employees as daily wage workers. No hike nothing. Just giving CTC numbers but in hand is pennies. 6 LPA - 34k inhand 7 LPA - 38k inhand 8 LPA - 43k inhand

Directors are worst. Do not know how to behave with employees. They treat employees really bad. Even call at late night while its raining cats and dogs to come office for work.
