Opportunity to work with people from various educational backgrounds. Bonus perks like free lunch and super fun office parties.

...esigner. It was really a nice company to grow your career and balance full life. How much you can work that much company will pay you. I liked in this company was employee recognition was really Excellent. Company will give you lot more opportunity to grow you.

Leadership of the organization is poor. They lack team Management skills and are terribly toxic at times. Got no support or help from my manager after joining. He was like, learn things yourself and started expecting things to get done from the first day itself and would always sound disappointed.

To be frank! Everything is good, like work, teammates supportive, policies...but except appraisals are not fair at all...based on the quality of work, they are not recognise when it comes at appraisal... this is true for me...
