Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Management doesn't care about employees except a selected few Salary hikes are done on basis of how close you're to the people on the management teams and not based on how well you work So called "senior Developers" Shows a great bit of attitude when you ask for help There is no personal skill development after few months you just have copy and paste code and doesn't let you to pick your brain The company is dependent on a few people and thinks there is no future without them Finally if you doesn't have any spark in your life that pushes you to test yourself to the limit then this is the place for you.

I have been working here for the last 8+ years, and I am happy to be part of this supportive and collaborative work environment. During the early stage of my career, I was given plenty of opportunities to explore, make mistakes, and learn from them, which is very much required for anyone starting his/her career, but unfortunately lacking in many organizations. Lucky to be here at Inboundsys during these testing times of recession.

This is my first team. company looks like family. I really enjoy a year and we have a time to learn something new and also senior developer is helping junior. 11 months of working is gone easily.

No timings are there. If they say to stay at night in company. We don't have chance to go. Increments are not get easy.
