I have ever seen this 1st company who says that are company is a women empowerment company but no it is not..in this company the managers mentally harass the girls..I would just say that plzzzz do not join imperative business ventures pvt Ltd company..it is a 3rd class company

Non deserving people sitting on high position, magaers never talk politely, every month late salary , they give hike of rs.500-1000 only, company dont care about employees growth, they only care for profits

I was late but due to punch-in punch-out machine issue my salary was deducted and I said have punch in u can check in camera but no response. They will say first they will reimburse the amount but lated after Submitting voucher no money I kept follow but no response. Best company to work for married women,great culture, good pay, work life balance,proper management. Its been more than 5 year I am working here and I must say this is kind of dream company where you get the feel of proper corporate environment, you are getting good money for your work, able to manage your work life balance. You have to be very careful with your work as this company ask for the quality, error can cost you much
