...ther 6 months. Too much work. No respect for employees. Useless HR department. Salary is always late. Work on outdated technologies. With all above(and much more) going on you end up questioning your choice of joining there. Suffocating each and every day.

Very very bad environment and culture.

There is a lot of politics and management worst. Salary is very less and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3 year before which which you can not resign.

...s they need. Working hours is continues for days and no benefit we get for this. They wil not provide salaries on time, no increments till bond of 2 years and if we break this agreement we have to pay 1 lakh.

I was so lucky as I got opportunity to work at client location. Good part is they will give you tons of work to do and if you will finish it you will learn new things.

...ayed and the Management does not care about it. Extremely stinky work culture. No compensation if they keep you working all month without a single off while working day and night. The technology is outdated. Salary increment is not upto the mark. Management is miser. Save tax by crediting employees and getting cash from them.(Third class) No appreciation if you are working hard and the most.
