It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.

Bad company policies: - Number of leaves less. - Salary is credited after the month ends, on the 1st working day of the next month. - When you resign, hold back 2 months' salary. - FnF is not completed even after 45 days after your LWD. - Worst IT department I have ever experienced.

They are not supporting employees, forcing employees to come office ....they are not giving system to work from home... risking life....they are calling people who are in containment zones also... which is more terrible plan, no care of employees.

Compensation, no growth , no value for experience....

Good non-clinical profile for Doctor with 5 days working and 2 days of holiday a week.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth are average to good; howevr, work-life balance is disturbed. Work pressure, increasing targets and work-hour extension are the main negative factors.

Likes

They give good package to new fork's.. but they not have any concern about the people who are in long period of time..they won't give any appraisals on time, if they give it is in below 1000. Ex: if I get 4.2 rating of 5 they will give 600rs of annual appraisals..god only what happened on the background..the job security n the day shift are only positive angles here.

Dislikes

They give work much and they encourage at that time but after that we don't get any benefits except appreciation mail...
