Samasta 5 Days working.all Saturday off.Working exp as a BCM in samasta is awsm..u dnot have any pressure form senior..A Branch Manger also follow only your instruction..u cnt drop any file if u found a small deviation by BM, CRO. U r reporting manger is only ACM. Not even Branch manger ,Area Manger..

If you're go with samasta you can't earn anything. Salary package and other facilities are below standard and duti time also akward normal timings is 7to5 but you have to work 7to7.you never expect any leave salary hike career growth from here

Actual time is 9.30 to 5.30 but in reality we work 6.30 to 7.00 sometime 8:30pm. No respect for women employee. Sometime BM force to deviate the work if we said no for it bm will targets employee. Today i resign because of that type of manager.

It's very employee friendly in terms of Salary, Benefits, Career Path. Skill development activities and learning is the Best part of this company. Job is highly secured!

No work life balance! Leave count is less. In field, maximum Sundays are working. They prefer all the meetings after workhour/holidays/Sundays. That's the only and only draw back of not only Samasta, for all Microfinance sector.
