Need advice
Hi,
I have been working in an organisation(bangalore )from june 2023 to as of now as application support, now am thinking of switching job because of toxic culture, no skills improvement and unsatisfied salary with 6day working, at the same Time am fearing/nervous what if not getting job after resign. Any suggestions?
