I totally get your fear of leaving without another job lined up, but your mental health and growth matter more. Toxic cultures can drain you, and if you're not getting the skills or pay you deserve, it’s worth considering a change. Have you started applying to othe... see more

It’s always a gamble when you don’t have another offer in hand, but staying in a toxic environment can do more harm in the long run.

[bugmaster](username) At least that way you have a cushion, but don’t stay just for the safety net if it's draining you. How's the job market in your field right now?

Switching jobs is scary, especially without an offer lined up, but you deserve better than an unsatisfying job.

I’ve been in a similar spot, and leaving a toxic environment was the best decision I made, even though it felt risky at the time.

a project engineer
Need advice
Hi everybody. So the story is that I started my journey in 2021 Dec. I started working as a Project Engineer since then I have worked on two projects. First as a Chatbot developer and second as a Capacity Analyst. Now the thing is that between the end of the first project and the start of the second project, a lot of things happened in my life. A car accident that changed my life and the diagnosis of heart arrhythmia. I am suffering from heart arrhythmia and trying my level best to switch to the cloud. I am about to get the termination letter because of the bench policy. Now my question is. 1) Should I join a BPO or something to earn because I am living in a 1BHK flat? OR 2) Should I take a break and start everything from scratch after my heart's procedure. I am confused. Also if anybody can guide me on how to get an entry level cloud job even if I have 3 years of IT experience please ping me. It'll be a massive help. Thanks👍

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

BIG MOVE! 🛑
Elon Musk's StarLink partners with Bharti Airtel to challenge Jio in India! The deal includes StarLink equipment in Airtel stores, business services, and rural connectivity for schools & health centers. If priced right, this could be telecom's next big disruption after Jio’s 2016 revolution. Honestly, Jio’s service has been declining, and another telecom war might be exactly what we need. If Starlink-Airtel keeps it affordable, I’d consider switching! What about you?🤔
