I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

The only good thing about igt is that you can apply for IJP in 9 months

Dislikes

... manager stating so what your shift is for 9 hours but you have to work extra. 4- Compensation is bad like really really bad.
