The clientele and kind of travel projects IGT has is amazing. Lot of new learning in travel industry in case you are flexible at moving to different projects.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but not worth the time company demands you to invest at and after work hours. In managerial roles you may end up spending 10-12 hours pretty regularly. Appraisals are not great and favouritism is shown freely by each vertical head. Not much constructive feedback also received during these appraisal process. Too much internal politics defines short term goals and the senior leadership team itself is divided over long term vision of the company. Sometimes the differences between leaders are not professional and very un-parliamentary even in front of juniors. Not much learning from leaders in terms of skill enhancement.

Likes

I like the work environment of igt and work life balance with work and personal life. Igt has the best facility provide to theirs employees.

Dislikes

Salary is very less and salary appraisal not good , I got only 127 per month appraisal. In senior management politics everywhere , there hire only Muslims people's and doesn't care the Hindu due to the most of senior are Muslims. This is the most worst thing and they don't know how to talk with agent and don't care. They doesn't have enough systems to work. I forgot one of the worst thing is transport and their charges + no show . Per no show 100 bucks deduct from Salary of you miss the cab or not respond while cab timing. They deducted the hard earned money from agent salary. On diwali they nothing provide like bonus or gift.

Nothing is good except salary offer in starting then no job security at all

Dislikes

No job security just open linkedin and see most of the igt employees are immediate joiner they. They are not able to manage technical projects nor they are able to manage resource on bench.

I’d like to appreciate my TL, Ms. Neha. She is an amazing person—very supportive, understanding, and incredibly intelligent. I truly admire her leadership!

Working hours, night shift and salary was very low .

On time salary no delays which is a good part, easy job hirings, easy IJPs apply

Dislikes

Work culture or management is not soo great, specially for QAs no such good learnings, management will ask to login more as compared to own profile work, less increament even if you getting good ratings, salary is not up to the mark.
