I have worked this prestigious organisation for good time but it wasn't easy and very fruitful. Top management is poor and lethargic. Usually are humiliating others. Corporate politics is a crucial requirement to survive here. Lobing in the Top level is the Focus of few in the authority.

Everything was fine and average Pros - you can learn travel very well there Cons - salary payscale is not gud as industry standards They did not pass my PF fund and its still stucked and they were asking for money for experience letter too like seriously. No job security just open linkedin and see most of the igt employees are immediate joiner they. They are not able to manage technical projects nor they are able to manage resource on bench.
