On time salary no delays which is a good part, easy job hirings, easy IJPs apply

Work culture or management is not soo great, specially for QAs no such good learnings, management will ask to login more as compared to own profile work, less increament even if you getting good ratings, salary is not up to the mark.

The only thing which is good about IGT is that they give salary on time and there is no time restriction you can come and go whenever you want to. In Covid-19 situation they are cutting there employees salary even from the trainees and also they are not giving any increment to the employees and also not giving the variable pay to the employees. In this situation company has to be supporting but they are not, they even laid off many employees and more is on the way.

Lot of politics. Salary and career growth is slow. Not supportive

It’s fun company to work and have projects in travel domain with good clients and lots of on-site opportunity

...ompensation, hr is good for nothing, management is biased towards old employees.m, salary hike is low

Nothing is good except salary offer in starting then no job security at all

Dislikes

No job security just open linkedin and see most of the igt employees are immediate joiner they. They are not able to manage technical projects nor they are able to manage resource on bench.
