For some one who has no skill, no motivation to grow, this company may be suitable for a year. Staying more than that is stupidity on steroids.

...eople and tell on them to owner so they can show off like they are managing lol. 6) They have 2 years fake bond and will not give you experience certificate unless you pay them 1.5 lakhs. 7) Dev systems won't be connected to Internet. They fool people to think they are doing it for security but its because the owner thinks someone will steal their useless products which are not worth anything anyway. So you want to use stackoverflow or youtube? use someother system. Coz SeCUriTy! This company is doomed to fail unless you 1) kick those 2 spies (M & S) out of the door 2) Follow software architecture and industrial practices. 3) Make casual and small games. 4) Hire senior developers and manager (who does not come to office at 6pm and leaves at 8pm to micromanage but to stay in office and get things done)
