For some one who has no skill, no motivation to grow, this company may be suitable for a year. Staying more than that is stupidity on steroids.

They fool people to think they are doing it for security but its because the owner thinks someone will steal their useless products which are not worth anything anyway. So you want to use stackoverflow or youtube? use someother system. Coz SeCUriTy! This company is doomed to fail unless you 1) kick those 2 spies (M & S) out of the door 2) Follow software architecture and industrial practices. 3) Make casual and small games. 4) Hire senior developers and manager (who does not come to office at 6pm and leaves at 8pm to micromanage but to stay in office and get things done)
