- Since it is a small startup, if you get the opportunity to work on your desired technology, it could be a great learning experience, but if end up in some random old weird tech stack they have your life is a disaster.

...ers Behave rudely as if they own the company. - Work-life balance is quite poor. - Salary is significantly lower compared to the market - Sudden Layoffs happen under the guise of performance issues they have a known term for it (PIP) - They Have an unusual "Sandwich Leave " Policy.

...you won't get any comp off or extra pay, you will be working like a labarour. 4. The pay scale is pretty low, so won't recommend it even at the end, if you don't have anything then only go for it. 5. At the time of joining they will talk about the there polices once you join all changed for you.(On project people are forced to work on Saturday and Sunday every with no off, no any benifits.)

Colleagues were good.Company provide free snacks. Also, they are not strict with timings, so that's a good thing.

Dislikes

There is so much disproportion in salary. For same experience, you will get one fourth of the salary as other, because you have not asked it or you are not boot licker. I left this company, because my work, talents was never appreciated. You should be good at licking boots before joining here. Feeling so bad looking at the past, gave so many years for this company working really hard as grossly underpaid employee. My manager/lead took all the credits.4+ Years well wasted here.

Nothing to dislike about great place for experienced people. Just a job security is a problem for some candidate who does not matches the skills.

Good work environment. Team mates are supportive. Work space is excellent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of partiality I can see. No one is in the company to address our issues. I can not see any career growth. It is good that there is no bond but no training given to the freshers.
