Job Description
Who Were Looking For
Were seeking an ambitious and sharp IT Project Coordinator who is ready to go beyond checklists and play a critical role in driving project success. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a project management career path, takes pride in structured execution, and thrives in a fast-moving tech environment.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with delivery leads, developers, QA, and client-facing teams to ensure the end-to-end health of projectsnot just track tasks. Youll help turn plans into actions, remove bottlenecks, and instill best practices in how projects are executed.
Key Responsibilities: -
Own and maintain detailed project documentation: sprint plans, change logs, action trackers, and RAID logs.
Track project progresses and proactively identify deviations or risks; escalate or resolve them before they impact delivery.
Support sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Facilitate cross-functional communication, youre the bridge between business and tech.
Assist in resource planning, effort tracking, and utilization analysis.
Monitor project compliance with organizational processes and support audits when required.
Support the implementation of SOPs and templates across teams to standardize delivery practices.
Maintain client communication logs, capture decisions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Create crisp executive summaries for leadership reviews and sprint demos.
Assist with tracking KPIs, metrics, and project health dashboards.
Requirements
Bachelordegree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
12 years of hands-on experience coordinating IT or software projects.
Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies, with working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Smartsheet.
Strong sense of ownership with bias toward actionyou dont wait to be told.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in status reporting and meeting facilitation.
Ability to understand the software delivery lifecycle; prior exposure to QA/Dev/Cloud terms is a plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
