Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and project management methodologies. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in driving projects that align with the company s strategic objectives. Knowledge and experience in entire SDLC and knowledge of Agile Methodologies would be preferred.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery by managing scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, work breakdown structures, and task assignments.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar software, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Manage project risks and issues, including developing mitigation strategies and resolving conflicts to keep the project on track.
  • Facilitate communication between development, testing, and operational teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Ensure quality assurance by overseeing testing phases and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project documentation (eg, project charters, scope statements, and change requests) is complete and up-to-date.
  • Lead post-project reviews to assess lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, if applicable, ensuring external partners deliver on time and meet project requirements.
