Requirements
Data Management and Reporting:
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to generate reports.
Create and maintain dashboards to provide insights for business operations.
Develop and automate periodic reports to enhance operational efficiency.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and recommend process improvements.
Assist in designing and implementing data tracking and management systems.
Platform Utilization: Leverage advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and macros, to manage and analyze data effectively.
The candidate needs to work on building solutions on Smartsheet and Monday.com (training and resources will be provided).
Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Support team members in using MIS tools effectively.
