Salesforce Architect

• Translate businessrequirements into functional and technical solutions on the Salesforceplatform.
  
• Design scalable and efficientsolutions for the Public Sector, considering unique needs.
  
• Lead technical designsessions and document technical solutions aligned with client businessobjectives.
  
• Integrate Salesforce withother systems, especially Munis ERP and ArcGIS, ensuring data consistency andintegrity.
  
• Utilize Munis data forSalesforce reporting and analytics.
  
• Implement Single Sign-On(SSO) and other security measures.
  
• Develop and maintaintechnical design documentation.
  
• Provide guidance on bestpractices for data modelling, application development, and platformintegrations.
  
• Collaborate with businessanalysts, developers, testers, and project managers for successful projectdelivery.
  
• Review and guidedeveloper-produced code to ensure adherence to best practices.
  
• Stay updated with newSalesforce features and functionalities, recommending improvements to existingsolutions.
  
• Utilize Marketing Cloud andJourney Builder for personalized constituent journeys and SMS text messaging.
  
• Ensure effective teamhandling and collaboration.
  
• Assist in presalesactivities, solution estimation, and proposal development when necessary.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect orSalesforce Certified System Architect certification preferred.
  
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on Salesforcearchitecture experience.
  
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex,Visualforce, Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Aura component and MarketingCloud.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platformcapabilities and limitations in the Public Sector.
  
• Experience with data modelling, security models,and sharing settings.
  
• Expertise in geographical-based assignment of inspections.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentorteam members.
  
• Proven track record of delivering successfulSalesforce projects in the Public Sector.
  
• Knowledge of public sector processes andregulations is a plus.
  
• Experience with API integration and third-partysystems.
  
• Expertise in SSO implementation and security bestpractices.
  
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
