Salary date is 7. No medicle benifits. No perks at all. Work 9 hours a day. Biased appraisals. No maternity or paternity leaves. No transport service for female employees working late hours. Company don't care about you. I left because I was fed up.

...on or any critical situation happening when employees not able to continue work. So they have to pay full bond amount if that employee request that not able to pay amount or at least forgive 1 salary but management never listen. Once have to pay then you will get resignation accepted. 4. Even they are not give confirmation in written that bond amount paid. They take amount as side income of company. 5. Company depends on trainees. Seniors are less compared to trainees. Even juniors never give respect to seniors. 6. After leave company if any employee join another company after some times so employee of ifour ask that where you start work? It is not their concern after leave your organisation

Company is environmental friendly. You will find friendly people there who don't let you feel alone or stranger. However, professional growth is not there

Dislikes

Management is very poor. Number of more than 5 years of experience developers are very less which is needed to guide juniors. Company is full of freshers and trainees only. No single appreciation they give to there employees. And favouritism is there when it comes to appraisal They are Working in very poor and old technologies. HR policies are worsen and anytime they can change any policies. I would suggest to look for other opportunity than here

I was working with this company for more than 3 years. The best thing is here there is no work pressure. And no your seniors or any authority will tell you to complete 8 hrs work in 4 hours. Its has very friendly culture. You can directly tell your problems or difficulties to higher authorities.

Dislikes

Not such. Everything seems good. But they can improve HR policy.
