... 6-7 month I've left ifb but till now i didn't get my f&f and experience letter. And last month in which i had worked from my salary 2000/- deducted and no one told us any reason. And even there are some ex employee who left IFB before me and even they didn't get experience letter and we are suffering bcz when we wanna join another organisation they need experience letter and we don't have that.

They are concerned sales and sales only. If there won't be sales pitch on call they will mark it as fatal. They won't approve your leaves and you sick leave should be planned too otherwise a warning letter will be issued There is a lot of politics in company Management won't address your issue.. Overall very bad experience.....

Its providing the salary on time at difficult situation also but they force to come offce even when transport facility is not there. Environment was good seniors are too supportive. Friendly environment . Company policies are good enough.

Salary is not good .. Politics is always held in this company . Carrer growth is too slow As they didn't provide the promotion or change the designation.

Forget about incentive structure Biased promotion Super Toxic Environment Most National level people left HR dept is a mess Only buttering is the option No place for perfomer You may have to go to court for releasing letter if you don't serve full 90 days notice period Don't spoil your Future here

1. No week off. 2. No festival leave. 3. Job timing regularly 10 to 11 hrs without overtime pay. 4. Seniors treats with junior likes his servant. Bad working culture. 5. Too much hard work than expections.
