Nothing proper managed or work schedule and lunch time company only want work . No solary increament, no break provision. Even someday we didn't got lunch break till eve This is my personal experience i don't know what feels other person

Literally they are exploiting the employees. They have rules out of this world. They can deduct the salary even if you will breathe without their permission. Also, they are bunch of goons working as so called TEAM LEADERS. They think that they run the world. Pros Good salary. Cons Long Hours. No work life balance. No supporting staff. Rules are out of the world.

Dislikes

A reason you feel stagnant in your current position. A work culture that doesn't align with your values. A desire to switch industries or change careers. A skill you excel at that you can't leverage in your current position.

...or only for his profit. There is poor increment like rs 400 to rs 1500 only . No bonus , no incentives, even if you worked after your shift there is no payment for this . And if you denied you will be threatened by the managers. This is the worst company. I request to all job seekers to not join this company.

This company offers a higher salary compared to other BPOs in Noida, and salary is always credited on time.

Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. In many processes, management seems to prefer when tenured employees resign, as it reduces cost and makes room for newer employees who will value them more, they think. Additionally, each process has its own strict rules, which are only revealed after training is completed and employees start working on the floor.

Dislikes

this company judges people a lot. their management is not at all good. they deduct salary on card punch inn or out miss even if the agent came on time and worked whole day. promotions is really bad. they promote people and do not give them papers for years.
