Practically nothing but from WFH employees point of view only this part of WFH falls under pros.

...ot and will not give you break up of your incentives, over time and other perks. you would simply see a total amount in your salary slip and you would need to perform acccount teams job to sit with your leadership to find yourself about the segregation of perks. HR Interview Hall and cabins would be kept neat and clean so you could be mesmerized by the cleanliness of their campus and join as quickly as possible. And not to mention locker rooms, in case your personal belongings get stolen or your phone gets stolen, do not be surprised at all. your locker might be broken and even if you are related to some big shot in your family, you can not find CCTV footage or capture what had happened. To avoid any legal consequences, you might have already signed an agreement stating they would not be responsible for any such things. Just buy new stuff for yourself.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. They post fake reviews that they make their new employees write as a forceful step in hiring.

... in this company on and off and I can promise you this will be an honest review. I traveled to work for 3 hours up and down, mandatory 10 hours have to be given to this company or else a huge part of your salary will be deducted. You cannot be late, if you are by chance late you will have to serve extra time until 10 hours is completed and if you are late by more than 3 times a huge part of your salary is deducted. I'm talking about around 9k. This is not an employee centric company and they do not respect your personal life at all. There's no work life balance and the timings are very unsafe for women employees. They pay you 40k out of which 12k to 13k is deductible if you by chance have an emergency and cannot report. I'm sure rules are same for everyone but there are companies out there that pay you less but provide other facilities which is better in my opinion. They don't provide meal or cabs, hence half our salary is spent on reaching the company and eating in the company. You have no time to do anything else while working here. You can only wake up, get dressed, travel for work, eat in the cafeteria, work, travel back home, sleep. And that's your life unless you quit! Please be careful young people out there. Don't fall for more money less respect. These people are trapping young minds into believing this is the best company and best industry out there. The managers in this company have a superiority complex and will never give you respect and will constantly remind you that they are your superiors and you're merely an associate. They won't provide you with experience letter either, so choice is totally yours. You want to work for integrity of yourself and earn respect or become an ienergizer slave. Be smart.

Salary package and increment is provided is very good when you join IEnergizer.

Dislikes

Attendance policy is not good if somebody forgot to punch out then that same day salary get deducted whether he has worked for the entire day. Also the policies are not employee centric. Overall, Attendance,Leave ,Break and punching/out policy is also not employee friendly.

...gement especially to females, a great place to start for freshers and NE people. Salary and bonus always on time but everyone gets paid on date 7th. Casual BUT appropriate dress codes (who needs to wear expensive suits to sit on a system with a headset and talk to customers), IJP always open for employees to get promoted or change roles.

Dislikes

Washrooms are too far away, no PF, work hours is very excruciatingly long (10 hrs), attendance punch in/out machines are limited to 4 in entire building and they're installed inside the building and not the gate. no cab services (especially for a very big organisation) and outside the building all the roads are occupied by local auto/e-rickshaw drivers, cafeteria can be a little cleaner/hygienic.

No salary slabs, deductions and fine in everything. The worst thing is they don’t do verification HR will not reply to any verification emails or not provide any proof of employment so u can’t apply for any loan
