Toxic environment 10 hour shift (but eventually will end by 10.5h or more if you are late and still deduction in your salary) False promises and information No promotion Strict timings if you are late 5 10 min, you have to give 30 min more and salary will be deduct. 6 days working No work from home No sick leave Only casual leave available, but they will not let you take that. If you say, you are sick and can't work, they will force you to do, especially your TL because if you will not work Your TL have to work in your place.

... so good verry fankly nd no pressure nd also manager was so good never partial.. but i dont like HR megha sinha all over i would to say company was so good but when process ramdown so please give to salary more then currect salary bcz they already experienced..

If any executive are not well and it's take a medical leave as per doctor environment but company not giving leaves and pressure to join the office otherwise you are not in active.

...ation.. It has few international process which works as per domestic guidelines. Never trust on their salary part.. They will quote you 44 in hand and pay u 32 i hand.. Even pf is optional. Thay themselves rate your reviews while releasing Letter of intent. 😝😝😝very unprofessional.

They will not release your salary even in case if you get medicallly unfit and hence unable to join the workplace. Same thing happened with me. Actually what happened, in the July month and after working for 22 days, I had to hospitalized due to severe abdomen pain my health was not good even though I tried to continue until hospitalized for 5 days. And I was diagnostic with appendicitis, hepatitis and gallbladder duct inflamation a severe health condition. My parents informed everything to the management. I sent my medical report to the management to the HR, Manager and TL and begged them to release my salary so that we could make up some medical treatment expenditure( for 5 days the amount of medical expenses was over 45 thousands). Now this is the month of October but till now no information about my 22 days of work. They have the worst policies. Government should take action on such a fraud companies......I will never work with such kind of organization in my whole life.....instead of helping me financially when I was completely rely on the organization they did not release my payment also....... I will take legal action that is for sure.
