...ome compensation which initially seemed to have made life easier in the company. Now let me share an important spoiler, the company doesn't have PF deduction policy, hence the in-hand salary might seem the best in class and is almost the same as the CTC offered. However, I eventually realized the disadvantages of not having a PF account. I managed to perform pretty well since my training days and always met my KPIs because of which I was well known to the process management in a very short span of time but that didn't really help me during the pandemic situation. I was benched by the process for 3 months during the lockdown and the company denied to provide salary for 3 months even though I was capable of Work from home and I had my own PC. Process management stated that they didn't have any requirement from the client. I tried to reach the HR management and they also stated the same thing. So, in short if you're capable of working in a company with ZERO job security, you might check this one!

this company never fail to provide salary on time.

this company judges people a lot. their management is not at all good. they deduct salary on card punch inn or out miss even if the agent came on time and worked whole day. promotions is really bad. they promote people and do not give them papers for years.

There is lot to learn about the process

Dislikes

There are excessive salary issues. Since the 1st month of the joining. Very poor management. Not an employee centric company at all. The people are also very partial. The leaves policies are not explained correctly. There is sometimes lot of work pressure. Provides no work from home facility. Must improve in all the sectors. Have no idea about any other branch but in pune this is the worst management.
