I like working there, ienergizer organize events and give opportunity having fun management was good .

Once upon a time I gave my resignation letter to my supervisor and I was informed by supervisor and HR that your salary will be credited in your account after 45 days. After completing 45 days salary will not be credited. I sent a mail to HR informed your resignation letter had not been submitted to me by your supervisor Could you mail a resignation letter once again then I will have your salary credited ma'am, despite the fact that I completed 30 days notice period without any leave and submitted all documents to supervisor and HR. you did not credit salary in my account. then I faced some problems because of it. Apart from it everything was good.

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.
