Only Salary. But Yes Only salary do not expect for hike. You will going to work on same package for years!

Everything Rules Policies Week off policy Biased people Genderism If you are a male . Than iE culture would be terrible for you. And favouritism . You will get appraisal or appreciation only if you are favourite of management's one or two person. Don't think if you are good at work&knowledge you will get appreciation or promotion. Never think like it Lockers are dirty and far away from the working floor. And no washroom breaks. No adjustments , if you dont get system on time then you will have to extend your shift according to that. System issue is a major problem. You will not get system easily. And luckily if you get your system it will take 15-20 minutes to get started. And no matter if system or extension is working fine or not you will have to bear that loss. So this is the worst things i think i am not writing full details or i am forgetting the things. But yes if someone Ienergizers person is reading this. Kindly solve it. Dont make work area into hell for the hard working employees.

...is transparent. There is a huge three cafeterias and gaming acarde for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The only thing I like is that I have left that company and saved my time!

Dislikes

...ir pet donkeys. Few of them are pervs & do not know how to respect women. 4. Job security - None! Along with that, no salary if you lose your job. 5. Skill development/learning - They can’t even purchase and provide access for the most important tool (Excel) to their QA’s & Leads and they suggest to share systems or you may use Google Sheets. So the only skill you develop or learn is how to be a successful sycophant and unfair towards others. 6. Shift timings - No company in this world having 10 and 12.5 hours shift. They are real blood suckers! ps. Even most of the managers do not know how to use excel properly. Lol
