...et the promotion but because of that behaviour in the process I didn't get that. I worked on less salary for 2 yrs because of ijp only. So this is my feedback to the process the rest organization is fine.

The partiality of the process members. And I am soo dissaponted because of that.

Salary; you will get the salary on 7th of every month. no delay, even national holiday

...ings. and in most of the process you have to submit your mobile phone in locker. Salary deduction ; they impose panelty if you take unplanned leave or uf you don't have leave balance in you account.

The salary the company provides to the freshers is good.

No fixed policies, No job security, Guards are uneducated and rude all the time, You'll find employees and staff members smoking up in the office campus, Managers giving preference to loved ones, e.t.c

Worst leave policy, no appraisal after completing even 2 years in company, work load like hell, you guys have to stretch for 12 hours, no off on holidays, company treat you like corporate labour

Everything worst here, low salary, no leaves, this company good for nothing

That's a good place for only fresher.

No provide transport. 10 hr shift. Leave system is very poor ( one LWP 5000 detected in your salary ). No provide microwave/oven for food in canteen. Washroom is very dirty. No provide hot water in winter.
