If you want to sell yourself or don’t want to have any life of your own then you should join this company, there’s nothing to like about the company if you think initially they are paying you good amount then don’t go for CTC check the in hand salary you’ll know.

You have to work for 10 hours in international process you are literally slave to them you hold no value to them there’s no job security no job satisfaction and eventually salary is not enough. They offered wfh because they overstuffed and don’t have place and systems to adjust the employees of the company and that wfh is ki da hell they give you warning every time even on power cut you have to extend your shift no matter what also if there’s any TECHNICAL ERROR from the company side they’ll take your leaves. For single leave there’s a very huge reduction from the salary. I left the company because at the end it’s becoming hell. There’s random shift change like your life cycle will totally destroy . No transportation nothing.

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

No fixed policies, No job security, Guards are uneducated and rude all the time, You'll find employees and staff members smoking up in the office campus, Managers giving preference to loved ones, e.t.c

Salary they provide is quite good. Office buildings are clean and washrooms are always in good condition.

... and team leaders only allow employees to take leaves according to buffer hours. Also, salary structure is also designed in a way that if an employee take even one LWP he or she will loose around 10-13k., yes even 1 LWP can do such damage. Appraisals are also very poor and the work environment is as bad as it can get. HR's don't even show up and even if they do it's once in a blue moon. Even HR's are rude and the accounts department is also so rude. These dislikes are just the beginning. There is a lot left.

Worst leave policy, no appraisal after completing even 2 years in company, work load like hell, you guys have to stretch for 12 hours, no off on holidays, company treat you like corporate labour

Everything worst here, low salary, no leaves, this company good for nothing
