Only good thing is job security and starting salary.

Dislikes

...nce is very poor. Management rules are really poors in term of emergency need. Salary issue created every month. If someone died at your home and you are not available for 10 days in that case you didn't get salary of those days as we'll as pay fine for every day too. I means you loose your family member and money both. Lots of system error. Poor management system. If you get incentive for split shift and performance based you have to wait for 2 months. It's means if you are hungry today, they will give you a food when you about to die.

right now i am not in the company but the cleanness and good environment .nice facilities in canteen and food availability one of the nice thing.

Dislikes

Most of the people left the company because of salary deduction in case of missing the card and getting late after 3th time. Overtime payment less and one of the most negative point is that we don't know about the week off .

Dislikes

No holiday is available on any of festival,not even Holi or Diwali. Which is a big drawback. It is a job of 6 day week and week off is not aavailable on fixed day.

Worst company it's a blacklisted comapany. I have worked for 4 months and they have eaten up my 2 months salary. Even they lie in giving pf. Especially they want workers who can work more than 9 hours. I recommend you never go to this comapny its sur choice

I like the attendance bonus which I believe hardly any other company pays like I Energizer Most important for every employee salary is on time. To be very honest it's very difficult time for everyone. I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Basically, If I talk about support through COVID -19 Lockdown from I Energizer I must say yes they are supporting as much as they could. They did sanetize the premises, sanitizer are available at entry gate even you could see at production floor. Also they are supporting emotionally by saying that no worries our job is safe and everything will be normal soon. The Thing which I didn't like about I Energizer at the lockdown situation is about the salary I got to know that I Energizer they are going to pay our salary in full (ONLY BASIC ) for this month on 7th of April and the remaining like attendence bonus for February month , Incentive for February month will get once the process re-open. My question is why not now? We all are not financially strong we people have to plan a budget everything according to our salary. All of a sudden when you get to know this month you won't get the salary which we were getting every month then it's difficult for that particular month and will be short on budget.
