Worst leave policy, no appraisal after completing even 2 years in company, work load like hell, you guys have to stretch for 12 hours, no off on holidays, company treat you like corporate labour

...about management they are some time understandable about the employee situation. But if you start you career in BPO that is a decent organization with on time salary providing. That's it I will rate this company as 4/10

They provide time to time salary even during this pandemic and also they provide work from home if an employee is unable to work from office due to this pandemic. Incentives are great as well.

Salary on time 7 means 7th u will receive msg timing 9 hour not extand more any one but sone how process tl make fool for coming before timing 15min nd go after 15 min that called brefing its really bulshit its overall 10 hours shift we do

Process management was poor illiterate behaviour shouting on floor non of executive respect of process manager as well bcoz he never take stands for Executive only support supervisor either they doing worng at that means u r helpless nd they also said non of person heling u if i m here i m the boss i can share only my process info thats called hospitality process .....its feel no take care of ur feels nd respect u r nothing here ....staff of process like supervisor forgot they also on same place but tey doing chapulushi nd oll..
