It's a good start up for freshers. In other company they provide around 10 to 15k salary but IE is the company who provide 20k+ salary fir freshers as well.

I worked for 1 year in IE the work environment is not good they let us work for 10hr which is too much and they hire people unnecessarily and they don't value their employees. In IJP they never give chance to north east people like me. I kinda feel some supervisors and managers are racist. My TL was very racist tbh! We couldn't bond well with her but I'm very happy now that she is demoted to normal agent rather then supervisor. I left IE very soon I didn't want to work anymore due to my TL being racist.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary .

management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Only the salary package they offer u when joining the organisation. They provide the best package at least in Noida BPO circle.

The company's ethics, policies have become worse as time passed and they don't seem to change for good in the future. NO PF. A forceful deduction of ₹2000 from your salary against one time meal no matter u want to eat the pathetic food or not. No parking facility. Negligible and slow appraisals. Incompetent and unprofessional team leaders. They promise you rotational shifts but on the contrary they just don't easily rotate shifts. And the transport is horrible. Unsafe cabs as in coffin on 4 wheels. Forget about AC there is no safety in those cabs and they charge 4k per month for such a shoddy service. I can write pages about my experience.

I was working as a language expert in voice process which help me alot in improving my language skills, I highly recommend this company for freshers

...king hours is terrible it's 10hrs and you have to be on your system on in ODC 8.5hrs then only you will be paid one day salary if there is 1sec less then it will mark half day.

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month
