I had joined in samsung process. One of d senior manager namely karan chawla asked me openely for whether I want promotion in return of something. After getting irritated they will do you" no hire" If you don't fullfill their absurd desires. Hr manager megha is so corrupt lady who supports so much to those corrupt managers n senior managers want

Its a really good company that offers unquantifiable benifit whether it be the salary package and perks. The highly skilled staff is motivating and helps us keep up the good work. Overall environment is pretty good.

The starting hiring processes is a bit time consuming but worth.

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

If any executive are not well and it's take a medical leave as per doctor environment but company not giving leaves and pressure to join the office otherwise you are not in active.

The site is spacious and lots of process running within the company. Good amount of space and greenary to sit and relax.

Dislikes

No job security, graveyard shifts, no cabs, no parking facility, huge salary deductions for sick leaves and any emergency leaves.
