Nothing! Just salary offered is more than others in Noida.

Dislikes

For international processes they have 10 hours of shift, they demand more than average login hours which is not legal. Not at all employee centric. No perks and benefits from company other than insurance. Deduction on emergency leaves, not flixible with the policies with employees.

1, Poor Management 2, Salary & Benefits 3, No Growth 4, No work-life Balance 5, No productivity 6, No learning 7, Don't join in HR department otherwise in operations it's a great platform but the HR department is worst.

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

If any executive are not well and it's take a medical leave as per doctor environment but company not giving leaves and pressure to join the office otherwise you are not in active.

Likes

The site is spacious and lots of process running within the company. Good amount of space and greenary to sit and relax.

Dislikes

No job security, graveyard shifts, no cabs, no parking facility, huge salary deductions for sick leaves and any emergency leaves.
