...security to ensure that nobody takes their cell phone in the process floorspace. Talking about salary, ienergizer pays a very good pay for the freshers if he/she worths it. Over all I will say Ienergizer has been awesome all throughout despite the infrastructure which is not much of bother for me.

What I dislike about Ienergizer is the cafeteria food. It's awful. Nevertheless I can't blame the company for this because food everywhere is more or less the same depending on one's taste.

First of all don't trust the positive reviews..now come to the negative reviews...so salary deduction is taken on small things.If a punch in punch out is missed and if the employee has worked the entire day then still there will be a deduction for that day...the lift is always closed...whether someone is handicapped or a pregnant lady. Parking facility is paid and you have to pay 40 Rs for two wheeler and 80 Rs for four wheeler on a daily basis...there is no sick leave policy... the cafeteria is over charged and the food quality is also bad... please avoid this company please

Only one thing, Salary is pretty decent as compared to other organisation.

...drinks alcohol and consume illegal stuff in campus. Management is irresponsible. If there is any deduction in your salary for some reason. Forget it...

The salary is good but the work life balance, management is pathetic .

There are 19k corporates are working and they have just 4 washroom overall in the office..where 3 of them are always on maintainance. There is no coffee/tea machine.. when the drinking water is contaminated. The company is blacklisted and doesn't provide PF facility and even if they provide, you won't be able to get that. They cut down the incentive which is corely the agent money.. The cafeteria serves rotten food and there is no sick leave. The company is not corporate friendly and doesn't care about their employees. They do not have sick leave/medical leave.. you only need to spend your own CLs/ELs from your own bucket.. they do not provide any cab facility at night even for female employes.. they doesn't give a ship* to any of the worker. There is no job security even if you work your ash off.

Toxic environment Toxic Management Promotion based on connections Favouritism everywhere Leave policy worst, ready to deduct salary all time, incase u got sick, u have medical prove however your attendance bonus, appraisal and incentive will b affected.
